You can reduce your volume of paper and accelerate your reconciliation process by electing to receive Sterling e-statements in lieu of paper statements sent by mail. The day after the end of your statement period, you will receive an e-mail directing you to a secure web site where you can download your statement as well as images of paid checks (fronts and backs). Review these on screen or print them at your convenience; it's up to you. By choosing electronic files over printed copies, you reduce your storage requirements dramatically while maintaining the ability to easily generate a hard copy whenever you need one.

Sterling's Daily Fax service option lets you start the business day with a faxed or e-mailed statement of your updated account balances, including itemized transaction detail from the previous day.
For those times when a computer or fax are not convenient, EZ Access 24-Hour Telephone Banking provides an automated service to check your balances and transactions or transfer money between accounts by phone.
